Vinification: the freshly harvested grapes are gently pressed. The must undergoes a static decanting and it ferments at a controlled temperature (between 17°C and 18°C). The wine matures in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing process: two months in bottle.
Serving suggestion: this fresh and vivid wine is appropriate for a wide variety of meals. It is particularly suitable for pairing with traditional starters, pizza and pasta courses, salami, haggis, baked and grilled fish, vegetarian dishes and pork.
