Produced from 100% Passerina grapes, the"Aufinum" it is a wine with a strong, well-balanced acidic streak, an elegant flavor and floral aromas. A light wine, also used to produce sparkling wines, perfect as an accompaniment to seasoned cured meats, regional white meat or fish dishes and semi-hard cheeses.
